Great question Sari. There are two answers if you are using YouTube.
If you are not a partner on YouTube
Log into your account name
Click on my videos
Click edit
Choose the thumbnail from the three they offer
It takes a little time to change and then it says “video details have been updated”
If it didn’t change - click reload

If you are a YouTube Partner You Can Upload Custom Thumbnail
Go to the "My Videos" section of your account.
Locate a video and click on the "Edit Video" button.
Within the "Video Thumbnail" box, upload a thumbnail by clicking the "Upload Thumbnail" button.
A resolution of 360px x 480px is recommended.
Once the thumbnail is uploaded, don't forget to click the "Save Changes" button.
All thumbnails uploaded using the custom thumbnail image upload tool must follow Community Guidelines.

So true, and this reminds me of the late 90's when 'Unified Messaging' was all the craze. The promise was that all our messaging types would be collected into one repository accessible from anywhere. Instead we ended up with more and more tentacles reaching into our mind/time/space. Why can't cell companies allow me to get my voice mail messages by email? After all, they do have the technology. I guess they just haven't been pushed hard enough yet in Israel.

Thanks Sarah,
You've articulated what many people believe and you have a good point. I think the bottom line is we just need to try to establish a connection to the person and not just to what he/she does. They are much more than that. We need to find the commonalities because if we try, we will find them. In Israel especially, we are one people with one destiny so you are bound to have something or someone in common.

Thanks for the clip - classic and beautiful! Some people are naturally charismatic and find it easy to network - some are shy and find it much harder. Doesn't it also depend on the type of networking event you go to - if you really don't have much in common socially, can you still establish a rapport? What about in Israel where there are so many cultural barriers to overcome?
